Minor Travel Authorization

STEP 1

E-mail us the following requirements:

• Photo of Travel Itinerary, Travel Schedule, or Travel Tickets

• Photo of Passports for Parents & Minor

• Photo of Birth Certificate for Minor

STEP 2

• We will prepare the letter and send it to you by e-mail.

• The letter must be printed.

• The letter can be signed remotely by video call on Zoom with the Consulate, or by a Public Notary near you.

STEP 3

• Get the Money Order or Cashier’s Check Payment for $55.00 USD, payable to the Consulate of Panama.

• Mail your Documents and Money Order or Cashier’s Check to our offices:

Include a self-addressed prepaid envelope for return of documents or send us $40 for FedEx Next Day Air.
