Pet Travel
You can do this process remotely if your USDA certificate is a digital signature.
You must make an in-person appointment if your USDA certificate is a wet, physical signature.
Requirements:
E-mail us a photo of your document.
STEP 1
Go to the pet's Veterinarian (recognized by the USDA) and have them fill out the Export Certificate of Good Health for small animals issued by the United States Department of Agriculture. This form must be Certified by a USDA Veterinary Officer.
STEP 2
After obtaining the Certificate of Good Health already Certified by your Veterinarian and by the USDA Veterinarian, the ORIGINAL Certificate has to be Authenticated by the Consulate General of Panama or it can be apostilled by the Apostille Office of the Secretary of State of the State where the document originates.
STEP 3
Send ORIGINAL Document to our offices.
Include an Introductory letter with your full name, telephone number, email, date and time of the trip.
The consular fee is $30.00 per document. If there are more than (1) pets traveling and the USDA put it in the same package it would be (1) single charge. If they put it in another package it is 30.00 for each group.)
In the envelope, please write in printed letter "TRAVELING WITH PETS URGENT" on the outside of the envelope you send us in order to process it faster.
For the return of your documents there are two options:
1.) Include prepaid envelope with your address.
2.) Include additional Money Order in the amount of $40.00 (please include address where we can send the documents when they are ready.)

NOTE
Be sure to check with your airline for more information on the airline's guidelines when traveling with pets. Please note that airlines require a U.S.D.A. Certificate valid for at least 10 days from the day of issue.
