Minor Travel Authorization

To process your child's travel authorization it is necessary to send us via email to ggarcia@mire.gob.pa, the following documents:

• Copy of the birth certificate and passport of the minor traveling

• Copy of the passport of the parent authorizing the trip

• Copy of the responsible adult's passport

• Itinerary with dates of the trip

As soon as you receive this information, we proceed to prepare the letter, send it back via email to be printed and signed by you

in front of a Public Notary, and you have to send it by mail to our offices along with the payment of $55 money order payable to

CONSULATE OF PANAMA.

Self-addressed prepaid envelope for return of documents or pay $40 for FedEx Next Day Air.
