Minor Travel Authorization

E-mail us the following requirements:

• Photo of the birth certificate & passport of the minor traveling

• Photo of the passport of the parent authorizing the trip

• Photo of the responsible adult's passport

• Itinerary with dates of the trip

As soon as you send this information, we can prepare the letter & send it back via e-mail to be printed and signed by you in front of a Public Notary.

Then you must to send it by mail to our offices along with the money order payment of $55.00 USD payable to Consulate of Panama.

Include a self-addressed prepaid envelope for return of documents or send us $40 for FedEx Next Day Air.
