by mail using FedEx or USPS,

or an in-person meeting by appointment only.

- We do not authenticate powers outside our jurisdiction.

- You can get a Money Order or Cashier's Check from your bank, MoneyGram, USPS, WalMart, or Western Union.

- We cannot accept personal checks or credit cards.

- You can write the payment to "Consulate of Panama" or you can leave it blank.

- Do not sign it.

- Keep your receipt.
